Ley's Great Unofficial Aquatic Aircraft Competition

This was one of Ley's unofficial competitions and as you can see, very widely subscribed. With such a variety of models, Ley's job of judging was a hard one.

The results are as follows:

1st - Dave Clark with a Dornier 26
2nd - Ian Wrenford with a Lockheed Vega
3rd - Dave Richardson with a Soviet PBY-1 Catalina
